FAST Screenwriting Workshop: If you pay a
deposit as an expression of interest
(i.e., BEFORE workshop dates have been confirmed),
that deposit is 100% refundable at any time,
until workshop dates have been confirmed in your city.
As soon as workshop dates are confirmed, you will have
one week to either confirm your booking or request a refund.
Once
workshop dates have been confirmed, all further
deposits are
non-refundable, unless the
workshop is subsequently (1) cancelled by us or
(2) already full when your payment is received.
In either circumstance, your deposit will be refunded immediately
or applied to another workshop as per your instructions.
And,
although we reserve the right to use our own discretion,
our general policy is that if you're not completely satisifed,
we'll be happy to offer you a 100% money-back guarantee.
It should be noted that when in doubt, we typically do
whatever's needed to make you happy.

ProSeries:DownUnder: If a workshop does not reach
its minimum number of participants, you will be
included in the American group running concurrently
with the Down Under version, and you will receive
the written version of all localised content.
